Interesting PSM role available in Guinea at the moment with Catholic Relief Services.
They're looking for a French speaking pharmacist with considerable Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Management experience, but...
I think there's a argument for highly experienced but non-pharmacist med log applying:
- key skills and responsibilities for the role are PSM, planning, leadership etc
- the role manages pharmacists, therefore team responsibilities can be re-distributed
- talent pool is likely to be small, therefore a strong and experienced med log may be preferable to an average pharmacist!
Just a few thoughts - if you want to chat about how present the application (which closes in 2 days), give me a shout on this forum.
